Host your child’s birthday party at Chicky Play Museum! Enjoy private access to the play area while our team helps with setup, decorations, and cleanup.

• The deposit is non-refundable. However, if you need to reschedule, you have 3 months from the original date to host your party. Please note that we can’t accommodate additional rescheduling.

• The remaining balance and any additional fees will be collected at the event.

• Notice of rescheduling must be given at least 7 days prior to the event day; otherwise, you forfeit your deposit.

• Our team works hard to make your event special! Tips are not expected, but they are greatly appreciated and go directly to the Chicky Party Team.

• You're welcome to bring small or large decorations, including balloons and garlands.  Decorations ONLY be delivered within party reserved time 

• Feel free to bring balloons and banners! Backdrops up to 5’x4’ can be hung using temporary paint-safe tape on our walls.

• If you plan to hang garlands, balloon arches, or anything else on the walls, remember to bring "command hooks" as we can't use nails or regular tape.

• No piñatas, glitter, or confetti allowed

• Smash cakes, only permitted when smash cake cleanup fee is paid.

Capacity Limit

• Maximum number of children allowed: 24

• Maximum total number of guests allowed: 60

• We are not able to make exceptions to this rule due to our fire code requirements.

• Decorations and food items may only be delivered within this time frame.

• You may use the first 30 minutes of your party start time to set-up decorations.

• For example:
  Reservation: 12:00pm - 2:30pm
  12:00pm - 12:30pm: Set up
  12:30pm: Guest check-in
  2:15pm: Start clean-up

• All package includes our Party Team's assistance in setting up and cleaning up.

• We will provide you with a reminder of your party ending time approximately 30 mins and 15 mins prior to the end time.

• We often have back-to-back parties, so please be mindful of your set-up and clean-up time frames.

• You may bring your own food and non-alcoholic beverages. All food and drinks are to be enjoyed in the party area only. Refrain from bringing food and drinks into the playhouses or carpeted area.

• All guests (including Adults) must wear socks. Be sure to inform all guests of our sock policy. If you forgot, we have it available to purchase for $2

• Your remaining balance is due at the end of the party. In the case of non-payment, you authorize Chicky Play Museum to charge the card on file for the outstanding balance in accordance with the terms and conditions of the underlying agreement. If the card on file is declined or for any reason unable to cover the outstanding balance, you agree to provide an alternative form of payment with 7 days from the date of your party. Failure to make timely payment may result in additional fees, late charges, or collection fees as permitted by law.
